Background
Mamulka is a property management tool designed to help office building owners and admins manage their spaces more efficiently. The platform supports essential operations like tenant tracking, lease monitoring, and rent collection. As part of its early product development, I was responsible for designing the MVP version of the admin dashboard, along with a marketing website to onboard new users, communicate the platform’s value, and drive early adoption.

Problem
Building owners and admins were struggling to manage leases, tenants, and rent statuses through scattered tools and manual processes. There was no centralized system tailored specifically for office buildings that combined simplicity with clarity. Mamulka needed a clean, easy-to-use interface to launch with, and a compelling landing page that would explain the product and get potential customers interested—even before all the advanced features were built.

Solution
I designed a focused MVP dashboard that delivers core functionality: monitoring occupancy levels, tracking tenant activity, checking payment status, and identifying expired leases. The goal was to provide enough value to make early users feel in control without overwhelming them. Alongside the product UI, I also created a conversion-oriented landing page that explains Mamulka’s benefits, features, and workflows in a way that builds credibility and interest from the start.

Process
1. Research
I started by understanding the day-to-day responsibilities of building admins—what information they needed most urgently, what actions they performed frequently, and what frustrated them about existing tools. I also studied lightweight property management solutions to see what UI patterns could be reused or improved for an MVP context.
2. Sketch & Wireframe
To prioritize speed and focus, I created wireframes that emphasized essential metrics: total and vacant offices, rent collected, and recent tenant updates. The marketing site’s wireframes were structured to lead users through a logical flow—hero, features, how it works, benefits, testimonials, and call-to-action—keeping conversion top of mind.
3. Moodboard & Resources
I explored a modern SaaS aesthetic using a soft color palette, clean typography, and intuitive icons. The goal was to keep the interface minimal but polished—appropriate for an MVP, yet strong enough to build trust. I gathered UI inspiration and component references that suited the B2B admin dashboard use case.
4. Design
For the MVP dashboard, I focused on visual simplicity. Admins can quickly see how many offices are occupied or vacant, how much rent has been collected, and the lease/payment status of each tenant—all color-coded for quick recognition. For the landing page, I used strong visual hierarchy, bold typography, and real UI previews to showcase the tool’s functionality while maintaining a friendly, human tone. A clear "Get Started" and "Request a Demo" CTA guide users into trying the product or learning more.
